The re-brand of IM graduate recruitment required an effective communication strategy between online and offline teams. As a multi-phased web development project, the planning, scoping and assessing the project requirements and KPI's was key to ensuring the re-position of the 2011 campaign was consistent and effective.
Responsible for managing multiple web and ecommerce development projects through the full life cycle. Liaising with the business, stakeholders, design and development teams and other resources to deliver highly successful projects. Managing resources, budgets and timescales through business change and web project management.

Tasked in 2010 to project manage the re-design of Irwin Mitchell's subsidiary company; IM Asset Management. A complete re-design and re-brand of both online and offline has re-launched the business. The website has been very well received with positive feedback and is proving to have a good ROI.
