Responsible for managing multiple web and ecommerce development projects through the full life cycle. Liaising with the business, stakeholders, design and development teams and other resources to deliver highly successful projects. Managing resources, budgets and timescales through business change and web project management.

Tasked in 2010 to project manage the re-design of Irwin Mitchell's subsidiary company; IM Asset Management. A complete re-design and re-brand of both online and offline has re-launched the business. The website has been very well received with positive feedback and is proving to have a good ROI.

A personal project to explore the online travel marketplace. Travel Bucket has developed strong business partnerships with established industry leaders. Creating a strategy of search marketing, Travel Bucket integrates 3rd party products and services to provide a unique user experience.

The re-brand of IM graduate recruitment required an effective communication strategy between online and offline teams. As a multi-phased web development project, the planning, scoping and assessing the project requirements and KPI's was key to ensuring the re-position of the 2011 campaign was consistent and effective.

As part of a wider eCommerce strategy Irwin Mitchell have diversified to include packaged legal services. Attracting a wider audience and competing in a changing legal marketplace. A programme of research, analysis, audience profiling and wireframing. Followed by usability testing post launch of About Divorce - a fixed fee legal service.

Responsible for the design and development of the 4 star boutique style hotel in York City centre, the Dean Court Hotel has seen two major re-designs of its website and online strategy. Based on analytical data a recent redesign was based around detailed wireframing and customer profiling to engineer a successful user experience.
